Waiting for forever, tripping on whatever.

OBS was super fun, but tiring too.
well, the firts three days kinda sucked. but the next two rocked :)
i love the MARSHALL watch, i think we were rly good tgt :D
there was so much cursing and swearing, fucks mostly, from the SN girls.
prac every sentence tht came outta our mouths had fuck in it. hhaha
stupid mosquitoes and sandflies everywhere :/

DAY ONE
stnicks was split into Marshall and Munshi, and there was Sui Sen - the MG watch.
Marshall consisted of Loo, Deb, Jae, Cheryl, Siggy, Pauline, Chew, Rui, Karina, Sarah, Ziwei, Gillian, and me.
our watch's mascot was the Insy Weensy Spider ! we were singing the song the whole time we were there, with hand actions and all.
Chu Ai, our instructor. i thought she was a bit nutty at first, hhaha. but she was nice.

we did a bit of kayaking and capsizing.
we bathe in the boys toliet, the first time in my life i saw urinals up close.
slept in bunks, bunked with deb, and loo slept in the pull out.
a fucking LIZARD fell out of the cupboard whn we took out the mattresses. like, eww ! id rather a thousand roaches.

DAY TWO
were supp to report for morning PT (physical training) at 0555, but our watch woke up at 4plus ! cause the watch was one hr fast.
so we went back to slp, only waking up at 0550.
PT wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, i felt fit ! :D

rockclimbing ! twas fun, but i scratched my elbow, and it bleed :/
left the base camp, kayaked to camptwo.
slept in tents, but it was pouring like mad and the water was seeping in so we cldnt slp. in the morning, my hair was in clumps, soaked with water. i was wet, and with bites.

DAY THREE
assembled at 0630 for PT.
left the campsite after lunch.
kayaked for hours ! it was rly hard, esp since we were aching ALL OVER, no exaggeration, frm the wet and hard night before.
Sam and i wanted to give up and just drown there, but we were motivated ! :D

the campsite was rly just this tall grass land with empty patches where we built our tents.
there were no facilities at all, (so no toilets to bathe !) which was gross, but i think it we had more fun there.
some of us bonded with the mg girls ;)

found a condom floating ard near the sea, haha.
everyone was peeing in the bushes and sea.
cooked, i was the can opener ! hhaha, cause no one else cld open the cans.

did ngt shift with Deb, Na, Megan, Claire, Frankie and Melissa.
sat on the rocks, listening to Johor's karaoke. hah
Jamie joined cause she cldnt slp, deb left early to slp.
shift over, tried in vain to slp. next morn, my feet and hands were filled with sandflies bites :/

DAY FOUR
bult a raft ! thn we jumped into the quarry, which felt rly good :)
paddled the raft to the mid of the quarry, where we jumped in agn and played.
Chu Ai was rly cute, sitting on the raft alome singing mrlonely. we had instructor abuse ! heh

kayaked back to base camp (nice beds !) in the STORM.
we were like, i dont wna die ! hahha. but me and Sam had our motivation ! -looks
anw, twas so good bathing ! and we found a SNAKE in the toliet !

at ngt, we went into the forest. hadta do this maze tunnel thg.
i was damn freaked, cause it was rly pitch dark, you cant even see 1cm infront of you in there.
we came out through the wrong exit ! we banged hard on this door, thinking twas the exit, but it turned out to be the emergency exit !
walked back in the rain and dark, slpt in nice nice beds, which werent rly nice if you think abt it, but nice cause we were so deprived.

DAY FIVE
cleaning and packing up day.
assembled at 0555, PT was gross cause i felt so clean and the ground was wet and dirrty.
pau was absolutely swooning over SHE-MAN ! hhaha

did jetty jump ! twas fun ! thn came sharing session, was so touching and sad !
we didnt have time for lunch, so we went soveniuer shopping.

many were crying cause twas results day and we were worried abt retaining.
it was so sad, leaving :( hugged the MG girls and exchanged numbers and all :)
i think i kinda miss OBS, though half of it sucked. i miss the people, and Chu Ai !

think OBS rly taught me many thgs.
mostly i think im stronger ? both phys and mentally. yayy
all the times we spent tgt, il nvr forget. i think we rly bonded :)
and i like the stories Chu Ai told us. they were rly meaningful, and i think they'll stick with me for a long time.
i think ive transformed from a carrot to a coffee bean now ! :)
well, im on my way there anyway.
do i regret it ? absolutely not :)
